Why Dan
20 years in software. One lesson that matters.
I’ve been a Netflix engineer, a founding engineer, a director of engineering, and a programming instructor. I interviewed engineers at Netflix for five years, trained other interviewers, and designed interview loops.
I completed my own search in 2026, and Run Your Search is the program I wished I had.
Before tech I attended the country’s top ski academy, trained alongside Olympic athletes, and later coached racing myself. Sports taught me what consistent training does for performance. The same applies here.
